All account balances on the Platform are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). oktaka does not maintain accounts in any foreign currency. Any payments made via international payment methods will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be deemed inactive. oktaka may, after providing reasonable advance notice to the registered contact details, apply an inactivity administration fee to the account balance. Accounts with a zero balance following the application of such fee may be archived. Players may reactivate an archived account by contacting customer support.
